1. Acceptance of Terms
Hihemax Mail provides an email hosting and management platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
To maintain the reputation of our infrastructure and the reliability of our delivery, we strictly prohibit the following:
No Spamming
Sending unsolicited bulk emails is grounds for immediate termination.
Illegal Content
Using our service to transmit illegal material is strictly forbidden.
Malicious Activity
Do not attempt to disrupt or bypass our security infrastructure.
Identity Theft
Impersonating others or misrepresenting your domain ownership.
3. Fees and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard; however, no refunds are provided for partial months of service.
4. Limitation of Liability
HIHEMAX MAIL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
